You need a minimum of 50 Posts to be able to send private messages to other users.

You will not see the option to send private messages to other members until you complete 50 messages. So first complete 50 posts. After that you can send private messages to any member.

Yes you can post anything but keep in mind while posting that whatever you are posting should not violate the rules. You can chat with any other member or give your review on any story. If you want, you can also write your own story, which will complete your 50 posts, after which you can send a private message to any member
