Can I recover my deleted pics that are uploaded through imgbb and auto delete enabled. Lost my pics from my phone so looking to recover here

I don't think, it can be recovered if you used auto delete option.There's a reason why they have provided this option and it's higly unlikely they will mold their own rules and regulations.
Anyways, This is imgbb site issue, only they can provide the actual detail about it.
imgbb doesn't belong to xforum, as far as I know.
