We are currently looking for New Sectional Moderators for Stories (Hindi ,Tamil, Punjabi and Telugu ) And Pics Adult.



Requirements:

Proper Knowledge of the language (stories).
Active every day
Loyal To Xforum


What you'd be doing:



Managing the sections, moving threads, deleting spam and low quality posts handling reports and requests etc
Improving the overall quality of sections.
What you will get



Secret access to underground forums.
Moderation tools.
A badge on your profile.
You will be helping us side by side in making this forum more and more Awesome.

Jaise k maine iss forum prr dekha hai kaafi saari stories ko padh k mostly yahan prr jo stories hain un mai Muslim logon ki jo information hai wo kafi bure tareeqy sy use ki gayi hai jaise k halala ki tern use ki jaati hai so bhale hi as a muslim mery liye ye sharm ki baat hai k mai addicted hoon aisi stories padhne ka but mai aik baat clear krr sakta hoon k mai apne religion k baare mai kaafi ache sy janta hoon aur mai aapko ye yakeen dilata hoon k mery rehte yahan prr Islam religion k baare mai false information ko mai sahi kroon ga

2. Bhale hi mai kam time aata hoon xforum prr but mai apne story taste ki wajah sy hundreds of stories ko read krr chuka hoon wo bhi minimum time mai because mujhy jo stories pasand nahi aati mai padhta tou hoon unko lekin aise k jaise naa padha ho

Iss forum prr maine note kiya hai k bohut kam admin mai Muslim hon gye jiss wajah sy iss forum prr maine kaafi saari aisi stories dekhi hain jin ko remove krr diya jana chahiye tha so mery khayal mai abhi waqt aa chuka hai k aik aur staff member jo k muslims ki bhi support kry uss ko add krne ka

Iss forum ko abhi follow krne k system ko thoda upgrade krna chahiye jaise k yahan prr just kisi person ko follow kiya jaa sakta hai jiss wajah sy agar wo person kisi random jagah prr bhi koi post kry tou uss ka bhi notification waghera aata hai maine dekha tou nahi but aik baar maine kisi ko follow kiya tha kisi aur account sy but jab mai wapis aaya apni story post krne tou phir jo notification dekh k mai heran huwa but baad mai pata chala wo mery thread prr nahi kisi aur threads prr jaa jaa k wo person reply krr raha tha 
2. guest system ab mujhy ye tou nahi pata k ye mumkin hai k nahi but agar aise mumkin hai tou aap iss forum prr guest accounts ko bhi aik pehchan dain taa k wo bhi comments waghera krr sakain but unko iss forum ka member banane k liye aap aisa krr sakte hain k unn ko har reply k liye aik add dekhna ho gaa 30 sec ka so iss sy iss forum sy aapke ad revenue ziada ho gaa (basically guest system sy mera matlab 8 ball pool mai jaise guest system hote hain aap guest ki id ko kisi user k hisab sy aise bana sakte hain k uss ko bina gmail sy login huwe aik id provide kri jaaye eg.guest123456 aur phir uss ko aik password rakhne ka moqa diya jaaye so iss sy uss ko agar kisi kisam ka privacy ka dar hai wo bhi khattam ho gaa aur writers ko bhi iss sy support mile gi)
3. apne aik story display banaya huwa hai jiss mai time k hisab sy stories show hoti hain k iss mai itne time pehle last message aaya tha iss mai itne but iss k sath sath aap randomly 5 sy 10 stories ko pick krr k aik aur list dikha sakte hain so jiss wajah sy users ko kaafi madad mile gi different stories ko padhne mai

Ans... Have multiple Idea's... First to improve SS Hindi Section Proper Guidance will given to those who are new here... Guide them about Rules regarding Interfaith Stories... Which are mostly recommended issue in this section...

A lot of Ideas I have but that will be afterwards....
