i want to suggest that if you could add some changes to the table format, so that we writers could add some great font, colours and format to our index, make it more colorful and attractive, that would be wonderful.

Colorful ap khud bna sakte hai color add krke... aur attractive bhi..

something like this, mainly formatting outer borderlines and insider borderlines, their are many amazing formats in ms-word, you can check them out.
making borders thick, add colour, to different rows and columns, and to different cell
