Denied To Admins & Moderators - Limit on #of Thread updates per day

Hi admins,
Can you think of limiting the number of threads a user can post to a day, to say like 5 max? When I open the Pic forums all I can see is one individual updating all his threads and kinda flooding the first page. The idea is not to limit the posts per thread, but the number of thread updates he/she one owns.
It's a suggestion, no grudges on anyone.

Suppose a person comes online a single day in a week for updating his threads, he won't be able to do that.

Moreover, even if i limit the posting. It will create problem for readers in story section, they won't be able to reply on more than x(the limit) number of threads.
