Finding logic in human nature and their action is pointless.. The reason I said that "about definition" Is just for giving idea....

Sabki apni apni soch hoti hai , lekin coming back to civilization topic . We call ourselves civilze . Some culture claim themselves to be more civilized than other , usi ke hisab se dekha jaaye to aap aur me ek hi point par hai ,Bass dekh alag nazariye se.
Aapko logo ke life se koi lena dena nahi jo ki aaj ke yug me sabse better 'way of life 'hai. Jisase aap har kisiko bina taklif diye jine ki aajadi de sakte ho .
Kisike jivan me dakhal na dena, Aaj ke yug me langade ko sahara dene jaisa hai, kyuki use aaj sympathy ki nahi par equal respect chahiye.
