Q1-Why do you want to be a staff member?
Ans- I mostly view pnv adult section here for fun, but I come through lots of rules violations, I report whenever I see rule violation, I just want to make this section better
Q2-How Much time can you give to moderating per day?
Ans-All day, I am used to keep checking xf many times a day
Q3-Your experience as a moderator?
Ans- On Xossip 1+ year
Q4-Do you have any ideas to make pnv a better place if yes then what is that?
Ans-Follow rules strictly. But dont just directly ban violator on their first mistake, sometimes they dont know about rule, first we need to give them and check if they are deliberately doing it. And respect all xf viewers
Q5-According to you what's the Strength and Flaws of current XF Staff?
Ans-Dont know about strength but most of them are not much active currently in searching and acting on rule violations in pnv

Ans 1 - 1)As a staff member, I can actively contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful community environment, fostering constructive discussions, and enforcing the rules and guidelines.
2) Passion for the Community: I have a genuine passion for the website or platform and want to contribute your time and efforts to make it a better place for users.
3) Networking: I allow user to connect with like-minded individuals who share similar interests and goals.
Ans 2 - Based on my current schedule and commitments, I can dedicate approximately 4-6 hours per day to moderating. I will make sure to be active during peak hours and respond promptly to user reports and inquiries to maintain a positive and engaged community.
Ans 3 - I haven't had any direct experience as a moderator. However, I am enthusiastic about taking on the role and eager to learn and grow in this position. I have been an active member of online communities and forums, which has given me a good understanding of how moderation works and the importance of maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for all users.
While I may not have previous moderation experience, I am a quick learner and have strong communication skills. I believe my dedication, sense of responsibility, and ability to remain impartial will allow me to effectively enforce the rules and guidelines of the community.
I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and positive development of this community as a moderator. If given the chance, I am committed to putting in the effort and time required to fulfill my responsibilities to the best of my abilities
