XF Election 2021 | Rules & Queries Thread

Hello fellow XF members!

For the first time in XF, we are going to have elections for staff member posts. This is your chance to prove your leadership qualities and your talents.

Without further BS, LETS START!​

PARTICIPATION

ENGLISH​

Any member who has registered on or before 1 July 2021 and is sane and not banished from XF is eligible:-

• Voter provided he/she has minimum of 50 posts(on date of nomination).
• Party member provided he/she has minimum of 200 posts.
• Core team member provided he/she has minimum of 300 posts.
• For filing nomination or announcing Candidacy for contesting election provided he/she has minimum 1000 post to his credit.

HINDI​

• Votes Daalne k liye kam se kam 50 Posts Hona jaruri hai (voting K din takk)
• Party Ka member bananey k liye kam se kam 200 posts hona Jaruri hai.
• Party ki core team mein shaamil hone waale members ka post count kam se kam 300 hona jaruri hai.
• Party leader ka 1000 posts hona jaruri hai.

PARTIES

ENGLISH
​

1. Each party formed shall have a thread to its name in a specific format in The Lounge. Title of the thread should be in the following format:

"Party's name | Official Party Thread"

Only Such threads will be accepted as official thread of a party and will be made live.

2. Each party should have minimum of 3 and maximum of 15 core party members.

3. The Party thread must have the following items

• Banner​
• Manifesto​
• Incentives offered to members.​

Rest of the posts can be used to display team banners, avatars, core team players list and team players list etc. Make sure to keep your team thread clean and good looking. Remember that the best looking team thread will get extra credits.

4. Members recruitment only to be done in Official party thread. To join a party. The user has to post "I am in" or "I join this party" on the particular thread of the party and the Party leader has to approve it and quote that post on the first page of the official party thread.

5. Each team shall disclose their major players who will be competing for the party in particular tasks. Leader, Co Leader and Banker.These posts are compulsory every party must have at least these 3 posts.

6. Party Leader shall be responsible for communicating with the Wise EC's. If leader loses his/her mobility/gets banned/disqualified/ill/withdraw co-leader would be liable for further proceedings. Similar procedure would adopted in the case of Captain.

7. No alias voting will be allowed. Also not more then one Id of a member should be in the Core Team. Favored team shall be held liable for vote docking if any alias is found extending support to such a team in any form.

HINDI​

1.Har Party kaa apna ek official thread hona jaruri hai "The Lounge" Section k andar. Thread kaa title iss tarah hona caahiye "Party Name" | Official Party Thread. Keval issi format k thread accept kiye jaaenge.

2.Har party mein kam se kam 3 or jyaada se jyaada 15 Core Team members hone cahiye.

3.Harr Party Thread mein inka hona jarui hai
a) Party Kaa official Banner
b) Ghosnapatar
c) Members dawara aapki party join karne k faayde.
Dhyaan rahe jiss party kaa official thread sabse acha hoga usse Auction k liye extra credits diye jaaenge.

4.Ek member tabhi kissi party ka sadasya maana jaaega jab woh uss party k official thread mein "I Join This Party" likhega.. Or party k ct members dwara woh post pehle page par quote honi cahiye..

5.Party ko apne 3 mukhya sadasya kaa chunaav karna padega jaise ki team ka captain, vice captain orr Team ka Banker(Iske alawa or posts kaa chunaav bhi kar shaktey hain) . Harr party ki ye teeno positions bharri honi cahiye. Ye sadasya team k jaruri tasks mein hissa lenge.

6. Alias Voting allowed nahi ki jaaegi. Ek he member ki 1 se jyaada ids core team mein nahi hongi.

CAMPAIGNING
ENGLISH​

1. Campaigning shall be initiated as soon the EC 's post it in this thread and shall cease when EC team say it.

2. The last date for Campaigning will be mentioned in the future . Anyone found advertising after that timeline will face severe vote docking.

3. Campaigning is only to be carried out within the limits of the official party thread. Campaigning beyond such jurisdiction shall initiate a vote docking disciplinary action.

4. To gain support of voters Personal Messages to users is allowed but keep it limited to One DM per User. If we receive complaints from any user for more than one PM from One Team, it will lead to vote docking.

HINDI​

(Chunaav Parchar)
1. Chunaav Parchar EC team k kehne par suru orr unhi k kehne par bandh hoga.

2. Parchar ki aakhiri tareekh aapko bata di jaaegi uss tareekh k baad koi bhi party agar parchar kartey hue paai jaati hai toh unke 5 votes kaat diye jaaenge.

3. Parchar keval Party k official thread k daayre mein rehkar he hona cahiye.

4. Votes laane k liye users ko personal message karna bhi maanya hai lekin ek user ko keval ek he message kar shaktey hain. Agar kissi user ne ek se jyaada pm millne ki report ki toh uss party k votes kaat diye jaaenge..

CREDITS
As we already told, there is no money factor here. There will be credits. Credits will be rewarded on the basis of how you perform in tasks. More details will be added on the task threads.

HOW WILL CREDITS HELP US?​

Credits can used to:

• Buy Staff members
• Buy XF guardians

Who are XF Guardians? How will they help us?
A - Currently we have 3 guardians samrocker, AP 316 and Rooted and each of them have good number of followers. They can help you get some extra votes.

PENALTIES​

Avoid violating election rules, but we all know that the politicians cannot stay away from the dirty deeds. The Wise Judges will tolerate a maximum of 20 violations from a team players but every time you or your players violate the rules your team will be penalized accordingly. Below are the violation and docking details :


1. If a core team players gets banned - 4 Votes will be docked.

2. Sending more than 1 PM to a user (inviting him to join your team) - 2 votes will be docked.

3. Campaigning after date - 5 Votes will be docked.

4. A Candidate can cancel the membership of any of his/her team players for violating rules - No docking , but team captain must mention this in any of the reserved posts on 1st page of his/her/its official team thread before any other team players report that violation.

5. If a team receives 20 or more violations - Disqualified from the elections.

6. Mindless Spamming in this thread by Captain or team players - 5 Votes will be docked.

7. Mindless Spamming in this thread by others - Barred from Voting.

8. Any Changes in core team members will require EC's permission (otherwise - 10 votes will be docked).

MERGING​

• Merging can be done before 14th September.
• Contact EC or CEC before Merging.

Winner:

• Winner team will get 3 Staff member posts. Two for stories section and one for Lounge.
• Leader of the party will get a Permanent award
• Core team will get a temporary award two months.

EC's DECLARATION

​

1. As you know the Judges are the God of Elections , They reserve the rights to change any rule any time for Smooth running of Elections. You are advised to check this thread for future announcements

2. Follow Election Rules, but before that Follow all the rules of XF.

3. Do not ask for the identity of Aliases - It will not be revealed ever to anyone.

4. The Decision taken by all management will be final. No requests will be entertained to change the decision.

5. To register your team, their captain, complaints or anything related to election just post in this thread only. No PM's will be entertained for such requests.

6. Even God can make some mistakes. So, if you find any discrepancies in rules or process posted in this thread, bring it to the notice.

"Election Kaise Lada Jaaega? "bahot se users ki ye complaints aai hain mere pass ki election kaise lada jaaega toh main aap sabko ek sath detail mein samjha deta hun..

1)Election mein total 4 parties Mojjud hain. Elections ki shuruwat Parties k official thread se hogi. Harr party kaa ek official thread hona cahiye Issi section mein jo party leader kholega.. Jo kuch iss tarah hoga "Party Ka Naam" |Official Party Thread. Leader ko uss thread ki pehli 10 posts reseve karni padengi.

2)Uske baad baat aati hai Apne party k thread ko sundar banaaney ki uske liye aapko apni party k liye banners or ek ghoshanapatar banana hoga jisme aap likhenge ki aap mod bananey k laayak kyun hain.

3)Uske baad baari aati hai ek core team banaaney ki, jaahir hai itana bada election aap akele toh ladd nahi shaktey issliye harr party ko ek core team banaani hogi jisme uss party k trusted or loyal members shaamil honge. Kam se kam 3 or jyaada se jyada 15 members ho shaktey hain.


4)Threads k baad baat aati hai members jodne ki, toh members joddna behad simple hai aap apne friends ko message karke yaa apne party thread mein tag karke bula shaktey hain. Party join karne k liye members ko bus uss party k thread mein jaake "I Join This Party" yaa "I am In" Likhna hoga. Jisase woh uss party kaa sadasya ban jaaega.. Orr party leader ko woh post pehle page par reserve ki gayi ek post Mein quote karni hogi jisase sabko pata lage ki iss party mein kitane and konse members mojjud hain.

5)Ab party ban gayi thread decorate hogaya core team ban gayi members judd gaye uske baad baat aati hai tasks ki ab ye dhyan dene ki baat hai total 5 tasks honge 9 September se 13 September k bich harr task se pehle teeno party members ko bata diya jaaega.. Ab in tasks ka fayda kya hoga? Batata hun in tasks se aapko Credits millenge 1st aane waale ko sabse jyaada second waale ko usase kam and 3rd aane waale ko sabse kam. Sab tasks k alag alag credits honge or sab tasks k baad jo total credits aapke pass honge unse hoga auction.

6)Ab aatey hain auction par auction 14 taareekh ko hoga or usmein Staff members or Guardians ki boli lagaai jaaegi. Staff members or Guardians ki voting power normal members se jyaada hai jaise ki 1 mod kaa vote = 5 votes k barabar hoga.Ye votes bahot important shaabit honge election mein.. Or uske alawa khareedey gaye staff members aapki madad kar shaktey hain harr tarah se issliye sahi staff members ka he chayan karein.

7)Ab auction k baad suru hogi maha voting jo 16 September ko suru hogi or 19 September takk chalegi issme jiss party k sabse jyaada valid votes honge unko mouka millega staff team mein aake apni pehchaan banaaney kaa uske alawa awards bhi diye jaaenge. Runner up ko 5000 likes and ek Award 30 din k liye diya jaaega..

Ye thi election summary election k rules bhi issi thread mein likhe gaye hai.abhi bhi kuch confusion hai toh aap bejhijhak mujhe pm kar shaktey hain.. . Or Senior Party leader se ye request bhi hai ki new members k liye ye first time hai toh kuch common mistakes ko ignore kiya jaaega..

Meri ek request aur suggestion ye hai ki Jab end me voting hogi to uske thread me aam public k liye numbers of votes (yani kisko kitne votes mile) visible naa kiye jayen, jahan tak mujhe yaad hai XP me bhi aisa hi hota tha (yani final voting thread me numbers nahi dikhte the, during the period of voting)

Numbers of votes (aur kisne kisko vote diya) ye end me result announce karte time declare kiya jaye, isse romanch bhi bana rahega end tak

I am 100% with your suggestion but unfortunately at xp we had an mature userbase here is not the same they'll be crying for days in the name of unfairness. So let's keep it the simple way.Maybe Next time though.
