Per person maximum two stories are allowed and if some person post more than two stories, two latest stories would be considered for participation. While if a person posts two stories from each of his accounts.. no matter how many alias accounts, all stories would be eligible for participation as the filtration is being done at the time of award.

I guess, this is some kind of loophole.

1. You can post stories using an alias account, but we always know when it’s an alias. What we do with that knowledge, however, is our little secret.

2. No matter how many stories one submits, they can never be the winner.(in my 12 yrs experience) as Writing a winning story isn’t as simple as sheer effort—it requires real mastery. In the end, they remain just another average contender.
