First question ka answer to nhi de sakta because it depends.
But for second question- No, mssterbation is not harmful if you are doing it right. Once a week or less than that has no consequences on the health.(This cannot reduce your semen count.)
But if you are doing it everyday and not taking enough supplements for makeup that , then it is very harmful. (But this can)
