क्या शादिशुदा पुरुष अपनी पत्नी के साथ रह कर दूसरी महिला के साथ रहने के लिये कानूनी सहायता से लिव इन रिलेशनशिप सर्टिफिकेट बनाना सही है!
क्या यह कानून सही है?

No, You can't do that.
Law doesn't allow it.
Having Sexual relationship or so called live in relationship outside marriage is clearly an extra marital affair and a case of adultery.
So it'll be considered as a clear ground of Divorce and in some stance punishable offence (I'm not clear about it) but you can't do that.
Registration of live in relationship ka to sawal hi nahi banta.

India me live in relationship ko leke aise kuch khaas law nahi hai. But it is legal by the wording of Supreme court. But certificate and registration jaisa kuch nahi hai.

Haa recently Uttrakhand govt ne live in relationship ko register karvana compulsory kar diya under new UCC law to vahan aisa kuch ho sakta hai.

But rest of India, aisa kuch abhi nahi hai.
