That NC story was also considered as participating if posted in contest thread. Even once he post it was not mentioned not competing. If you are counting numbers then it's five as per your rule. NC only means that they don't want any prizes but they also want their story to be judged.

Rest you can decide on this ,but if you made it a different language option then you should encourage it and give prizes for this language too. Don't give me but to others.

I think participants were more in number (more than five ) but due to other rules few of them disqualified. In this rule you haven't mentioned 5 qualified participants right? So if number of participants were 8-9 and due to other rules few of them disqualified in end you can't siege prizes from others those have done their work with winning spirit for the sake of your one rule( that also not stand as i said)

If you think as writer so understand the meaning of rejection of entire section.

I don't know xp mein nc kaa kya matlab hota tha but according to me Nc means woh keval readers or Judges k liye hai not to take participate in contest or to compete with others not for dibbas or anything .. As Casi mentioned last time Ap posted the NC story and got 2nd or 3rd position If I remember correctly but he declined the prize as he doesn't want to compete with others and I was the one to tell him that he can't win... Agar loophole nikaalne hain toh woh har rule mein nikal jaaenge doesn't matter baaki woh rule clear cut aapke saamne hain and I think kitana he Todd marod lo It doesn't make sense... Humein kya problem hogi..? We have enough dibbas we can distribute them in English also but it's about the whole contest scenario we don't want to send any negative vibes as ' ghanta jeeta 4 story thi unmein -he jitwaadiya etcetera" as tumhaare alaawa sab uss rule ko correctly samjhenge... I was the one to force the judges to not dq lw' s entry so we can have a valid contest but the content he posted in that was absurd.. So at the moment English section was invalid.. But I hope in future we work more on English section.. Thanks..

I don't know what you are on about here it was mentioned on the first page of entry thread on the index..

NC doesn't count sir even contestants are 4...

I think you are confused on the word NC..

मैं सबकी कहानी तो नहीं पढ़ पाया किन्तु इतना ज़रूर कह सकता हूॅ कि सबने बहुत ही खूबसूरती से कहानियों को लिखा होगा। जिन कहानियों को मैने पढ़ा था वो कहानियाॅ वाकई में दिल को छू लेने वाली थी। ख़ैर, बहुत बहुत शुक्रिया इस कान्टेस्ट को आर्गनाइज करने के लिए और बहुत बहुत शुक्रिया हमारे उन लेखक भाईयों का जिन्होंने इतनी खूबसूरत कहानियों को लिख कर हम सबको पढ़ने का अवसर प्रदान किया।

But humtum Casinar bondjamesbond09 zopion what I can do is that in any future story contest(apart from vsc as it is theme based)(until I am cm) all of Contesting English stories will be able to participate in that contest with same stories..

Thanks for reply luci i am not finding any problem in your process but requested.
Every writer writing their story with expectation to be called great and acknowledged. But in case of left out situation even if it was worthy cause of frustration.

Otherwise I am not frustrated even elated to see my effort appreciated.

My suggestion: in case where you feel seperate prizes not given better club those together.
