For organizers : your first rule -

• Stories must be in Hindi (Devanagari or Hinglish fonts) language only.

but story selected for first prize contains almost all dialogues in English but not in Hindi. may be good story for judges and for us as well but it will not qualify for prize on this ground....either rules made by you have no meaning or this results have no meaning.
