Did you read what I have written? Your reply is totally irrelevant of what you replied me . It was NOT me who talked about staff members not reading and replying on any thread. Yesterday you replied to a certain Vikrant about this.
Now concerning to what I said to the TS of this thread, he himself replied here itself that he will visit my stories. And what I told him was not as a staff member but as a reader he had never supported me so how now can he request others to do so? That is what was meant by my first reply on this post. I still wonder why you came here to reply me when I was talking to the TS.
P.S If u call or think of me as one of those dumb writers as you mentioned, you supported me regarding my FIRST reply on this thread as I talked about such writers which now means I was perfectly RIGHT, so what is the argument

Bro aap ne meri baat samjha hi nahi. Ye ek tarah ki politics hi hai ki log achhi stories par nahi aate aur agar aate bhi hain to bas story padh ke nikal jate hain. Koi cmnt nahi karta. Sex stories ko sab badhawa dete hain. Bro agar readers ki apni ek alag choise hoti hai to writers ka bhi to yahi haal hai.

Main manta hu ki admin mode vagaira ko kisi ki story padhne ka time nahi milta hoga. Main ye bhi janta hu ki itni badi site ko samhalna bahut badi baat hai. But agar koi new thread start hota hai to ka ek cmnt to kar sakte hain na. Kisi khaas par hi meharbani kyo bro. Staff members par to har tarah ki jimmedari hoti hai. Writers readers ko force nahi kar sakte but staff members ko to bol hi sakte hain.

I think Siraj ke jaisa shayad hi koi MEMBER active hoga SS me, wo Congrats ke saath saath review bhi deta hai, Index bhi banta hai, Pdf section bhi samhalta hai, lekin ek baar Siraj se puchna kitne aise writer hai jinki story ko padhne ka time nahi hota hai uske pass to aise writers bolte hai ki mod congrats karke chala jata hai but support nahi karta hai, phir writer aur staff team ke beech politics start hoti hai XP ke jaise, to point ye nahi hai ki staff support nahi karti hai, point ye hai "har ek member(inc admin, sumo, mod, Sms) support karte hai ki nahi?"
Admin ke comment karne se aisa thodi hota hai ki readers jyada aane lagenge, aisa nahi hai dude

Yaha par mera ye cmnt personaly nahi tha bro. Ye har us writer ki problem hai jo saaf suthri story likhne ki kosis karta hai. Apne dekha hoga ki writer puri lagan se stroy start karta hai but jab usme logo ka responce achha nahi pata to wo story chhod kar chala jata hai. Baad me ulta readers hi usko bolte hain ki writer bhag gaya. Agar kahi koi problem hoti hai to uska solution nikalna staff members ka kaam hai.

Sex type stories mein agar kisi writer ko support nahi milti hai stoh hum kya kar sakte hai jyada se jyada comments, PM mein dilasa, maybe us writer ka tarika aacha nahi hoga story likhne ka isiliye koi padh nahi raha hoga
Bina sex type wale writer ko pura support mila hai jitna hum kar sakte hai
Aur in future Admin Team ne kuch socha hai point type kuch jisse log padhne se jyada CONTENT jyada dene ki sochenge

Agar koi aisa point hai jo admin apne tarah se PUBLICLY kar sake toh wo bataon hum koshish karenge wo pura karne ki, Ek Index ka problem tha writer ko wo bhi aab staff members hi banate hai jyadatar
Andar ki baat(Admin aur writer ke beech) ye toh sirf admin aur writer ko hi pata hoga na writer ko support hum apne tarike se karenge wo sabko dikha ke thodi karenge
