She is my bestie, who got betrayed in the most worst manner by a guy she dated. Her self-esteem hits rock bottom, trust issues, shut everyone out, and things that made her happy didn't make her happy anymore. Anxiety, overthinking, and whatnot. Took 6 months of consistent efforts to open her up, and almost two and a half years to get her to normal. Right now she is doing good. good mental health, and a good career but lost interest in dating. Tries her best not to get close to men, well that's a huge problem for her because she is an extremely beautiful woman and there are many guys around her who wouldn't mind having her in their bed.

I don't practice. I do it to kill some time. I like interacting with people. If anyone's situation is a bit cranky then I would advise them to get professional help. Most depression cases are due to loneliness.
