Expert suggestion: dont do it. Its bad. Even though I have done it few times whens used to trevel from bus.

Not a good idea. You can get beaten up if you touching any girl in public places. Awareness about groping and good and bad touch by strangers is taught to children from primary classes. Its ok to discuss here but please don't try in practice. My sincere advice.
