Buddy yeh mere liye bhi easy nahi hai.

Jab se aaya hu tab se every other day mujhe surgeons ko assist karna padta hai. Saath mei mere personal problems aur mujhe clinic bhi dekhna hota hai.

Still i am trying ke mein apne kiye hue baat ko implement kar saku but mujhe uske liye time toh milna chahiye.

There are so many things I have to handle. I am giving my precious time on this thread and i am gaining nothing.

I sincerely hope you will understand.

Don't worry, we can understand. But try to take out time for us too, but without letting your regular work suffer.
