Strength - yeh hai ki report ko bhut jyada seriously late hai @unrestricted ne mostly time report karne par feedback Diya hai

Flaws - mod bnene ke baad bhut sare log faltu mai monopoly wala system apply karte hai and second baat jo bhut kaam online aate hai unko mod ki position se hta do

Ans- Wohi baat sirf stability ki Zaroorat hai....Abhi online members bhi kam huwe mere according to mostly content per dhayan pare ga ​

I wanna become a moderator because I have 1year experience as moderator on ********* website and I have lots of ideas that I’ll apply to improve section as well as I have enough time for this work because I have interest in this section and last thing I’m fluent in English that I’ll easily understand everything.

Ans- As it is said, Learning and evolution of anything is an ongoing process. I have 2-3 ideas, such as organising the content in a manner that it attracts a viewer and many more facilitating the discusion and making it rich.

I am sure am gonna uphold the standards and am pretty damn sure.

Ans- All the staff members are great, I am not somebody who comments on others works, but as team we can hold discussions and create a rich environment for our participants and we can improve as a team.

I hope to work in as a staff with a great team.

Ans- I mostly view pnv adult section here for fun, but I come through lots of rules violations, I report whenever I see rule violation, I just want to make this section better

Ans-Follow rules strictly. But dont just directly ban violator on their first mistake, sometimes they dont know about rule, first we need to give them and check if they are deliberately doing it. And respect all xf viewers

Ans-Dont know about strength but most of them are not much active currently in searching and acting on rule violations in pnv

Ans- I have been on this website for almost 3 years and I believe it has the best sexual content on the internet, even better than actual porn sites. So, If I want to be a staff member so that I can make this site better and improve the experience for all the users, including me.

Ans- 3-4 hours daily working at flexible timings

Ans- None, but I am present on multiple other sites and I am aware of the primary role of every moderator:- Control the content to ensure the users are happy and the site is secure/safe

Ans- Yes, I believe that while a lot of content exists in the PnV section it is mostly taken of the net which can be done by anyone. So, more amateur Indian content should be uploaded. Pics and Videos that haven't been seen before.
Also, considering what I have seen on other sites I believe we should allow the upload of sex comics. Lastly, the restrictions on some of the photos should be eased (for more details contact me directly)
Q5-According to you what's the Strength and Flaws of current XF Staff?
Ans-
Strengths:- Firstly the staff is extremely proactive and analyses all the content accurately. Thus, they are able to remove inappropriate content immediately.
Secondly, the staff are extremely quick to respond to any queries. They genuinely care about all the users.
Third, the staff respects all users and always behaves professionally with them irrespective of their behaviour. This speaks miles about their character and the xforum brand value

Flaws:- Sometimes moderators do not respond to users messages indefinitely. They ignore them and I believe it should be corrected.
Sometimes great stories get banned for no reason because some jealous users report nice stories for time pass. I believe before banning a thread the moderators should consult each other to check if the story is inappropriate
Also, there are several users who have excellent content but haven't logged in since a long time. I believe moderators should reach out to them via email etc and request them to return. AT THE END OF THE DAY THE SITE'S GREATEST RESOURCE IS IT'S EXISTING USER BASE. WE CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE IT
