Ans- Simple answer, you posted the requirement form and we are filling it for the job. If I get selected, you will play the role of the boss and I will play the role of the employee.

1)--video section hai toh lekin video download karne ke liya bahut mehnat karna padta hai...aur agr free download krne ke liya jaoo bahut time leta hai downloading shuru hone main maine 100+ video main try kiya... Agr ispe thoda dhyaan de toh....

2nd pick section...agr hm anime type manga thoda edit kr ke Hindi main use post kre toh ye pick section main logo ko attract kr skta hai...kaafi badi matra main.... Kyuki story se jyada comic affect kr skta hai... Bs editing achi ho...

2. pnv dono section me hme Desi nd videsi name se bhi do option add krne cahiye. Aur jab koi user single porn start se related koi item upload kareg to usi jagh karega.
3. Jab porn star ka option add ho to hme waha Alphabetic ka bhi ek option usi me add karna chiye. Jisase koi bhi aa kar apne pasand ki porn star ka material waha aa kar aaram se find kar sake.

Ans- To improve XForum PnV section and prevent any wrongdoing / spam. To help the current mods and learn from them.

Ans- 1-2 hours on weekdays and 4-5 hours on Sunday.

Ans- As of now NO experience as moderator.

Ans- Registration through email and start of OTP system will reduce number of spammers and it will be a great forum with much pleasure and content. Also, threads which are not running from last 6 months should be inactive / closed to reduce search time and easy access.
Q5-According to you what's the Strength and Flaws of current XF Staff?
Ans- The main strength of current staff is that they all are very helpful and polite and guide us in every way. Flaw is that some mods are not that regularly online which causes inconvenience to some members and they unintentionally violate some rules to solve their issues.
