My friend trying to create his account is not recieving Verification mail

Hi pls help. One of my friend trying to create an account on xforum is not receiving Confirmation mail. He has tried to resend it. It shows it's send but isn't received in his mail box. So he's not able to post any thread or any comments. Pls look into this issue.

His username is :- 8 inches on duty

His registered gmail id :- 8inchesonduty@gmail.com

Yes check kiya.. Spam.folder me bhi nahi hai.. mail received he nahi ho raha hai usko
