TMKOC was popular back in the day due to being the sole leading comedy show and in recent times due to the memes and such, as compared to MICIM, which wasnt that big like TMKOC.

I agree with your point of TMKOC popularity.

Now imagine a adultery story which people try to experience in there real life in office, plus a wide range of plots are available along with exact images or gif for the initial plot of the story. Gif regarding the sex can be managed online ....

My point only stands on the view of getting the exact images for the scene for exciting the users more and plots that can be taken from the show directly.
