That flashback between Ruhi and Tushar was honestly one of the most heartbreaking parts of the entire update, because it showed what they
used to be before everything got destroyed. Their bond felt so pure, natural and innocent there. The way Ruhi refused to call him Bhaiya because Harsh Bhaiya ki post already filled hai, was adorable and realistic at the same time

.
And Tushar teasing Ruhi, giving her chocolate, playing badminton with her when Harsh was busy. those small moments made their relationship feel real instead of just scripted emotional bonding. That’s exactly why the present hurts so much harder now. Because i can clearly see that Ruhi once trusted and loved Tushar deeply before hatred replaced everything.
The most painful line in that whole flashback was basically the realisation that the same little girl who once laughed with him would later hate even his existence
. That hit hard. It adds tragic weight to Tushar’s current loneliness because now i understand what he actually lost. Not just family… but his home, his people, his identity.
And smartly written thing is , you placed this flashback exactly when Ruhi was emotionally drifting away from Harsh and getting closer to Dhruv. So subconsciously, i compare the two bonds
Tushar = someone who genuinely cared for Ruhi once but became a monster because of tragedy
Dhruv = someone pretending to care while secretly planning to destroy her.
Your readers are getting attached to Tushar now (atleast I am) and honestly this update proves why. The coat scene was painful in the best way possible. That one small action said more than 20 emotional dialogues could. A person who truly moved on would never stop his brother like that. Tushar looked completely broken there, almost like he was starving for even 5 minutes of family warmth. When he held Harsh’s coat and said “Please” it no longer felt like just a guilty man stopping his brother. It felt like someone trying to hold onto the last remaining thread of a family he already lost years ago. I held my tears back
And the way you connected it with his smoking habit, nervous breakdowns, blood trigger, pills, trembling hands etc… it no longer feels like he’s just evil. It feels like there’s a damaged human hiding under years of guilt, trauma and loneliness. That’s why I am slowly changing sides. Earlier I hated Tushar for what happened in the past, but now seeing his present condition, I genuinely feel bad for him. It feels like he’s already suffering a punishment worse than death.
The best thing about this update is that nobody feels fully black or white anymore. Harsh is broken. Tushar is broken. Ruhi is emotionally vulnerable. Even Jiya is trapped in fear. That grey emotional writing is what makes stories addictive.
Also the London crossing scene was cinematic as hell. The cigarette slipping from Tushar’s mouth, both brothers freezing in the middle of the road, years of pain colliding in silence… bhai that scene literally played like a movie in my head. One of your strongest scenes till now.
The part where Harsh finally grabs Tushar demands the truth was easily one of the most powerful moments in the story so far. You can genuinely feel years of pain, betrayal, confusion, and bottledup emotions exploding at once. And Tushar’s reaction honestly made the scene even more heartbreaking. The way he completely froze, started trembling, and broke down crying instead of defending himself shows how mentally destroyed he already is. That fear and guilt felt extremely natural.
Now it genuinely feels like whatever truth is coming tomorrow is going to completely change the readers perspective on everything that happened between Harsh, Tushar, and Srishti.
And Dhruv… honestly you’ve written him very effectively. Every scene with him creates discomfort. The manipulation feels realistic instead of overdramatic, which makes him more dangerous. Especially how he slowly replaced Harsh emotionally instead of forcing things directly, that was smart writing.
One small suggestion though: sometimes the updates become VERY long and emotionally heavy continuously. You can occasionally add 1-2 lighter breathing moments or shorter transitions so readers don’t get mentally exhausted while reading mega updates. Otherwise pacing is really strong. But for me, it felt absolutely perfect, I love detailed scenes. though some readers might feel differently.
Overall, this genuinely felt like one of your best updates till now. Especially emotionally.
