I think story and comment section both ko alag kar dena chahiye and one link activate in every story on bottom of story. Jisse koi bhi person ko baar baar dashboard par story na select karana pade comments block ka option hona chahiye jisse stories without interrupt pad sake only my pointof view some changes

I think live and realtime comments are best, just not better
Both reader and writer understands the real feelings and views of each other, in realtime

Not good for the forum.

BTW, mostly stories have Index on their first page. You can request the writer to make Index. If any writer is not able to make Index on his own, he/she can ask the Mods of XF, they will make it.
