I said it's unorganized, which means it was not indexed properly, I didn't know what I was reading, I didn't understand what was editor trying to showcase, before publishing it should've been proofread as well. Right from language to presentation it was all shambles. But as I said that's my view, I am aware of hard work that goes in making these things hence kudos to all those involved and giving time to this.
