This is the best peice of advice I got from USC drama in longue surely will discuss this with others..
But you know what the problem is there is 98% of writers jo apne performance, points, reviews se khuss hain 2 % toh you know hotey he hain then comes longue waale log jinhone story dekhi nahi but content k liye yahaan aagaye so that was the problem they don't want to suggest something they just want attention ab sabko kahaan se attention dunga ..

Stories are very subjective elements. One story may feel very good to me and very bad to another person. So the system of points if displayed publicly will become very difficult to explain.

Also as an admin team member you have responsibilities. One of them is to be sensitive to the members and avoid any kinda posts or actions that would hurt your contributing members. They are not professionals to be very good at their work or to be judged harshly. Just a few regular people trying to put some time and effort to create something for your forum. All they need is a word of encouragement and appreciation. Not much, is it?
