In my case, it's not too bad because I didn’t ignore it as just a simple fever for too long! Main turant paas ke ek private hospital chala gaya tha udhar i got tested, and started treatment right away.
I’ve been given antibiotics and medication for a six-month course... Along with that, I need to eat nutritious foods like eggs, milk, and other healthy things.
Lekin main agar bilkul sahi ho bhi gaya to course complete karna ho ga! 6 Month ke baad bhi agar thodi tabiyat bhi kharab huwi to course 3 month aur extend ho ga par uske chances kam he hai.
I still feel pretty weak, but I’ve gotten used to it. At first, the weakness felt unbearable... like I was going to collapse... but now, even though it’s still there, I’ve adjusted to it, so it doesn’t feel as bad
I’m starting to work on the update today, but for my health, I’ll only be working on it for 45-60 minutes a day... Thank you to all my readers for your kind wishes!

. Even though the results were found positive, you didn't lose heart - that's the true spirit. By being positive to the obstacles in life such as this and trying to face them headon, then only you get the upper hand and conquer them, congrats for your bravado 
dear bro. First try relaxing- physically and mentally. Then, take medications properly, take healthy foods that are prescribed, take proper rest - these things take sometime to have a good effect on your physical conditions. Then only, you please start worrying about the updates 
and the story. We are never far away from you, your health and the harsh realities. We're always with you, our wishes and prayers are with you and we shall patiently wait for you till you get better and be in positive frame of mind to resume the story.
