XF Election Task 5 | The Debate

Hello there everyone and welcome to the final task of the Election that is "The Debate"

How does this work?​

5 Questions are posted in this thread, both party Leader or Co-Leader need to Answer all those 5 questions in this thread till 8:00 Pm. After that each party will get 60 minutes to prepare 4 total negative points from other parties answers which they will be debating with other leaders in this thread live at 09:00 pm tonight.

CEC k dwara 5 sawal iss thread mein puche gaye hain dono party k leader yaa co leader ko unka jawaab aaj raat 08:00 pm takk dena hoga issi thread k andar. Dhyaan rahe jawaab jitana ashaan or detailed hoga utana he aapke liye behtar hai. Uske baad harr party ko 60 minutes kaa time diya jaaega ek dusare k answers mein se 4 galatiyaan nikaal k apne pass rakhne k liye . Uske baad un galatiyon ko aap dusare parties se puchenge issi thread mein jo theek 09:00 baje live hoga.

RULES​

1) 2 Core Team members from each party will be participating, no backups. Staff members can not participate in this task.

2) Answers should be simplified and in details.

3)Answers can be in Hindi, English or Hinglish.

4)Live Debate will be in Hinglish.

5)Both parties are allowed 4 questions that they can ask the other party. (Questions should be selected from the Answers provided by the other party)

6)CEC and EC can also ask questions in the live thread.

7)Abusive, offensive and foul language is strictly not allowed while questioning or answering.

8) In Live thread make sure your answers are short or you have lightning fast typing speed because the time will be limited.

9)Apart from participants and The EC team no one is allowed to post in this thread.

Ques 1) What Does this election means to you and why are you contesting in this election ?

Ans.) Election means "Entertainment" for us and we are here for that. I started all this as a troll, but as I got into it, I got support from friends and some new buddies and here we are.



Ques 2) Why do you deserve to win this election and not the other party ?

Ans.) You can say we are the "experienced" ones in this department, we have plentily of ex-Mods from our lovely Xossip who know how to get things done. Whereas the other party has new members or noobs. NOT ALL OF THEM. I am not against any member (except carl ofc ) but being a staff member is not a easy job, you have to listen to some shit, some people even can get on your nerves. The opposite party 's core team has some people which can be trigged easily and honestly they don't even get know what the fuck they are doing .



Ques 3) What will you do if you win the election and what will you do if you loose the election?

Ans.) Winning will be not so exciting for me personally. I already won an EC at XP with higher user-base than we currently have. Loosing, though it will be surprising but I'll take it. It will be good thing if a new person can get so much support and he should definitely get a chance ahead.



Ques 4) What are your thoughts on current staff and where you see XForum in next 2-3 Years?

Ans.) The Current staff is awesome, organizing contest, managing people is a very hectic thing. XForum is going to complete 5 years in few days, and trust me I have been here since the beginning, the growth till now have been immensely good. And I hope it will be the same in upcoming years.



Ques 5) What are your plans for Lounge and Story sections after winning the elections?

Ans.) Ofcourse to make lounge interactive, there will be hardly any activity without contests. Now how we'll make it, by training noobs. Lounge is not a place for crybabies, this is an adult forum, do you expect people to pamper you?
Story section is already good, the dedicated live thread is already there for chit-chat, what we are missing is multiple prefixes. Though we have tags but multiple prefixes can help a lot. Also a forum called "stories discussion" should be there where people can discuss about stories, it should not be in lounge since most people won't get what's happening there.

Ques1) What Does this election means to you and why are you contesting in this election?

Ans : Election is a whole journey with a series of events to hire new mods and as such, we too want to become a part of this journey. We are participating in order to be a helping hand to the xforum staff. For us, this election is not just a procedure to get into the position. Win or lose, no matter what but we'll definitely create some bonds here.

Ques2) Why do you deserve to win this election and not the other party ?

And : We don't believe that we are superior in every aspect. However, we do believe that we have much diversity than the other team. Xf has different areas. We have our core members from different sections to help us. We believe we can perform better comparatively.

Ques3) What will you do if you win the election and what will you do if you loose the election?

Ans : We will firstly try to check out our go-to goals which are being mentioned in our manifesto. And, if we lose the elections then it's a part of the competition too. We'll take this as a stepping stone and move forward continuing to entertain the readers, writers and other members with our presence.

Ques4) What are your thoughts on current staff and where you see Xforum in next 2-3 Years?

Ans : Current staff is very good. We can already see how xforum has developed in these past years. Organising contests to now organising contests with prize money and different rewards. One can see the difference. Super moderators are working so hard to keep the forum as clean as possible. So, no issue with the moderators. Xforum can only get better. There's no downfall to it in the upcoming years.
Ques5)What are your plans for Lounge and Story sections after winning the elections?

Ans : The lounge needs its own attention. It's only active during elections or any other contests. One of our goals is to direct the SS members to the lounge by spreading awareness. This is where we come in handy. We will come up with various contests. We also understand the crowd control mechanism for the SS.

SS in itself is progressive. We will try to bring some new prefixes, font settings, and colour schemes for our dear writers as mentioned in our manifesto.
