It was an honour to interview Nand bhai on behalf of Xossip admin team. He is Xossip’s undisputed leader and posting machine.
This interview format won’t be a one on one conversation as he likes to speak less. He has given few inputs about his presence on Xossip and secret behind his post counts in just a single post.
He said that people on Xossip take out their precious time to like his posts so he is very grateful towards all them including admin team members for keeping his threads clean.
His mantra of life is “An idle mind can be a great generator of negative thoughts. So keep your mind busy with some work.”
He has shared that internet is a cheap source of entertainment and that is why he prefers Xossip over everything else.
Now time to reveal his posting secret
He has fixed timing for posting on Xossip which is 2:30 PM to 11 PM with only three breaks or more if necessary
Post target for everyday: 400 plus posts and sometimes it is 1000
He has added that while giving this interview he has already posted 300 posts in the last 95 minutes only
Lastly, he has thanked everyone from the depth of his heart for being a part of this forum.

I was a visitor to it back from the days it was called eXbii. Must have landed here after a Google search on actress navels, I think. :-) Navels have come and gone, Kajol became Kangana and Simran became Samantha, eXbii became Xossip too, Black became grey, but we users stay put on the Xossip ship, I guess. I have been a fan of the site from the beginning.
2. Why were you absent for such a long time?
Got busy earning bread. And when I wasn't, in between, there must have been a torrent of torrent sites, must have got lost in them. Or the pathetic bandwidth I had during the intermediary period must have frustrated me no end. Well, the bear may go into hibernation, but when wakes up and it's hungry, it looks for Xossip. So, here I am to stay and sway.
3. Do you still have that navel fetish? What else do you search in the PNV sections?
I have upgraded and downgraded my tastes since. I mean, moved further up and further down, LoL. Yes, good navels have their place. I do look for leggings, wet clothes, tabla butts and thunder thighs. On videos, I look for home-made ones, preferably striptease, the ones that have shy intimate talks between the man and the woman. I don't think I use search too much, though. I rely on the random threads that appear in the first pages after I log in and once on a thread, I also try go see a few hundred pages before. I like to hop and jump a lot, rather than sequential.
4. Which section you like the most and why?
I like PnV Glamour. Most of my comments go there. I also think Life, Lifestyle, Personal Advice section has plenty of potential and I want it to do much much better than it is doing. I will be happy if there are more threads and comments in that section.
5. Do you have any suggestions for LLPAT section?
Some member of the Admin, or Mod teams, or any frequent users(like me, but not me, LoL), can start threads that can act as support groups for people with specific conditions, such as, Porn Addiction, Alcoholism, Sex issues, dysfunctional family etc. This can also double up to wider topics like personal finance and investments, nutrition and dieting, corporate workplace issues, senior citizens care etc. For some time, they have to start creating threads for its own sake, like playing to empty bands. We don't know what will click, but a few of the threads may pick up interest and be useful. It's just like people simply start thread in PnV. Or even worse threads that get started in NHB with no reason or season, only thing in this case, for better ends. It will be ironic to discuss porn addiction here, but this is also the place we may get visitors like that. There have been threads like that in LLPAT and I liked them. More power to the starters of those threads.
6. Do you miss any old members?
Nope, don't remember. Getting old, I don't remember real-life friends if they are not in touch. :-) . But wherever they are, my respects to them veterans.
7. Anything which you would like to say to the Xossip admin team members?
There was a thread that said, the Admins and Developers are doing already the best they could under the circumstances, old technology constraints etc. So, I guess, most suggestions would have already been done to death in discussions.
When Admins/Mods put a warning, they should mention the original text that warranted a warning in PM to the user. There are so many threads and comments, no one remembers which comment pissed off whom.
Is there any way where the starter of a thread has more power on that thread on what goes in. It may result in more focussed content, for good or for worse. Like FB group admins. May be, thats too much to ask, I'll take it back.
The Stories section has only the regional language forums. What about threads that involve other stories, like favorites/recommendations, stories involving multiple languages, translations etc.
8. What do you like and dislike about this forum?
Like: I like the way people connect and come back with content. Rather rare for an old elephant like Xossip. And I like the refined way in which some members write on some threads. Like Just_A_Salesman and Myla.
Dislike : NHB threads that have no focus and the chat goes on and on between a handful of people. A person newly wanting to join the conversation and make friends, won't know where to butt in, whether to butt in, whats going on and what to say. Sometimes, start a thread because they want tell ONE person something, I mean why flood the forum. It's like everytime you drink coffee you announce from the temple tower.
9. Would you like to be a part of the admin team?
No. Too little time and too erratic schedule. And I ain't Admin material, I am too closed-minded.
10. A Message for Xossipians.
Take a chill pill, guys, don't sweat out the small stuff, and it's all small stuff. Don't get worked up, instead work out!

situation. The First home is where we live and Xossip is a home which lives inside all of us. This
forum has been created out of emotions. Those who were teen back then are married now, jobless
fellas are managers, solitaire souls have friends and sad faces are happy now. We have seen the
recession, doomsday, mangalyaan, world cups, many controversies, rise and fall together. Love or
hatred, we are still together. A relationship can be broken but a bond remains forever.
The fate of this forum is still not decided. Whatever be the fate of this forum, we should remain
together in our second home.
Whether this forum remains online or offline, it will always live inside all of us.
Lastly, on behalf of Xossip I would like to thank every single registered member of this forum.
