national family health survey, some SEXY findings


In this forum we keep on talking about Sex, Incest ( as understood, sexual relations with close family relations) and many such things, mostly fantasies but sometime at least rooted in some memory , image , desire and may be fact.

But NHFS 5 ( national family health survey) has come up with some interesting facts borne from some very detailed household survey and i will share along with the link

relationship of sex with education, age

1. Girls who have never gone to school do sex with an average interval of 10.3 days, meaning three times in a month.
2. Girls who have passed class 12th do it more frequently, average interval is 7.5 days meaning 4 times in a month and we are not talking about married women, ... data covers all.
3. Girls who never go to school normally do their first sex, five years before the Girls who have passed class 12th.
4. In case of males those who have passed 12th do it after 7.4 days but the males who have never gone to school do it after 6.9 days.
5. Between 45 to 49 years women do sex only after the interval of 21.2 days but male libido does not come down and they do it after every 7.8 days.
6. 10. 3 % Girls do sex by the time they reach 15 years but in case of males this number is only 0.8 %. ( disclaimer - we are against underage sex, which is legally and morally wrong, but just quoting NHFS finding a survey of GOI done by Ministry of health and family welfare.)
7. Maximum sexual partners are in middle class, 2.5
8. 1.5 % Girls do sex before marriage but in case of boys number is higher,7.4 %.

I don't have Mom and sister so incest never occurred to me but yeah their was one of my relative(Cousin) wife(bhabhi) she was totally intrested in me but i ignored her bcuz i don't want to spoil my relationship with my relatives so she is still in my WhatsApp block list....

But it will not be INCEST, a relationship with Bhabhi may be called a relationship with close family members,.... but not INCEST. Incest legally speaking is sexual relationship between two persons, who can't marry based on the law, customs and usage of their community and country. So mother-son, real brother sister relations are taboo in most of the societies and will be incest .

However, as for as erotic stories are concerned taboo stories is a genre, which covers incest too. But in real life such incidences are few . However, relations and weddings amongst cousins are comparatively more prevalent in South India, as survey shows that in Tamilnadu, around 28 % people wed to close relations, however, it is not incest,... as society is endogamous unlike north India, which is predominantly exogamous. I thought more reactions will come on underage sex, certainly a cause for concern, esp. in the rural and non school going Girls, those who have never gone to school do first time sex 5 years before the school going girls

I am not sure what discussions should be in lounge and what are banished and put on a silo with some marking. Like this thread does not deal only with the health but linked with the development, kinship, gender issues and most importantly, social anthropology. least a moderator can do is to discuss with the writer, who has begun the thread. Most of my threads dealing with poetry, movie etc. has been exiled and languishing as anybody hardly visits them. and so i too have stopped posting there.

Just one line ro prove even courts are in confusion on this matter.

They call veginal sex as natural, while anal as unnatural.

I'm not advocating anything here, but naturally sex/relation is made only by 2 opposites. And current flows from one side to another.
