There used to be a rule...
Once story is posted in entry thread, it cannot be posted elsewhere be it on another forum or as a new thread in story section.

but as official rules are posted, you cannot edit. or can you?

No, Running stories will not be considered for contest. You have to write a short story and have to post in the designated thread once released.

There are few reasons for it one is there is not that much activity in english section yet so same thing will happen as last time that English section will be Dq'ed due to less stroies so we have something separate planned for English Section in Near future..

This is USC ... There is no need to bifarcate Hindi and English language to judge separately .....

The rule must be like that... A member can write any of the language or in both, be it Hindi or English as per his/her preference. Let the judge decide which story is best.

Why focussing English language story as a sperate section of story? Why not focussing English and Hindi language story as a combined section and judge accordingly?

you have to write a separate story with minimum 800 words and not more then 6000 words and post it in the entry thread which will be available in this section tomorrow

All decisions by Contest Master regarding the contest are final. Organizers reserve the right to amend any rules at any time as it seems fit for the Contest.
