This is USC ... There is no need to bifarcate Hindi and English language to judge separately .....

The rule must be like that... A member can write any of the language or in both, be it Hindi or English as per his/her preference. Let the judge decide which story is best.

Why focussing English language story as a sperate section of story? Why not focussing English and Hindi language story as a combined section and judge accordingly?

No, pattern will be completely different this time and also it depends on Judges if they want there names to be public or not we will leave it to them..
