I guess it's easier to find out when you spend time alone with her. You could look for differences in behavior when she's alone. Is she getting much closer? Is she touching more? Does she talk about more intimate things? Do you have 'moments' of lust or attraction? Stuff like that. Even if all this happens, you can't be 100% sure if she's really into you, unless you openly talk to her about it. But looking for these signs could give some idea.
