राणा सोने के बिस्कुट का भी अवैध कारोबार करता है। माफियाओं से भी राणा का सम्बंध हैं। लेकिन कहते हैं न कि पाप का घड़ा जब भरता है तो पापी के हर पाप का हिसाब होता है। पहले अक्ष ने राणा के बाप को मारा और आज उसके अरबों रुपए के सोने के बिस्कुट को भी अपने कब्जे में लेकर उसके चमचों की लाश को उसी के घर भेज दिया। अक्ष भले ही इस काम मे घायल हो गया लेकिन उसने इस काम को पूरा करके ही दम लिया। इस काम में उसका अब्दुल ने बहुत साथ दिया। जिसने शाहिद, कार्ल, स्टेफीन और जॉन को मदद के लिए भेजा था। अगर वफादारी की दृष्टि से देखे तो अब्दुल को विभीषण की संज्ञा दी जा सकती है। ये अलग बात है कि उसने अपनी बहन रुखसार और उसके बेटे का बदला लेने के लिए ये सब कर रहा हैं।।​

साक्षी को मारने की सुपारी राणा ने बक्शी को दी है। जिसको दो आदमियों को शाहिद और अब्दुल ने टपका दिया। जब वो साक्षी को मारने के लिए जा रहे थे। ये अनंत जब जानता है कि अक्ष ही क़ातिल है तो वो साक्षी को क़ातिल उर्फ अक्ष के खिलाफ क्यों भड़का रहा है।इसमें क्या मकसद हो सकता है अनंत का। साक्षी भी उसके बारे में कुछ नहीं जानती इसीलिए जी जान से अपने भाई को बचाने के लिए क़ातिल को पकड़ने का बीड़ा उठाया है। साक्षी ने सीबीआई जॉइन कर ली है ये खबर अब्दुल को हजम नहीं हो रही। वो अक्ष को अनन्त की ओर से आने वाले संभावित खतरे से आगाह भी करता है।।​
