Some very poignant last scenes from movie , It is after the death of Durga,... and the family ( Hairhar , Sarbojaya and Apu ) leaves the village for going to Varanasi . you can see the Tulsi Chaura lying desolate , forlorn , which was presented in the beginning of movie in happier situation with Sarbojaya giving water ( an everyday occurance in India and that everyday is joy and peace).
