May be Ajit is a Protagonist, but is he Hero of this Story? Manali is a Loyal wife until she met with Rahul and convinced by her husband. Ajit and Rahul, both are responsible for her degradation. You can say that it's a story of a Loyal Wife's degradation by two men, one of them is her husband.

I never said that he is a hero.
About the Manali's loyalty we only know her through this story and she met Rahul at the start of the story. That makes her a disloyal wife from the start unless Ajit is always open for sharing his wife and they have mutual agreement. Well...ye to sach kaha ki aapko jyada likh kar samjhana pad raha...but kya karu...doubt clear hi nhi ho rahe...kuch na kuch aisa lag jata hai jo ki reality se bahut hat kar hai....aur aapki baaten bhi....
