What could be the reason behind some user's ( Clipmaster99 kumash44 ) image posts loading very slow?

This is regarding consistent bumping done by user hardhitter5 .
we as interactive posters i.e. timewaster . lpg1 IndianSaiyan bisexual_pervert mental.maniac King of fantasy SluttySunny and many inspiring Posters, have created a small virtual world of posting with ability to convey with words and we are using this platform to do so. But, this particular user hardhitter5 is again and again bumping our threads. Due to which many times thanks to his bumping and unnecessary almost like automation messages we miss the last post and end up puzzled and unaware of our fellow user posts, plus, it is very annoying. Appreciation is different but when you do this to all threads and bump almost 10 threads every 5-6 hours, even viewing experience is affected. You can check his posting history to get the idea, i urge you to look in the matter.
Despite many attempts to report the user no such action has been taken.
