Right.

Lakin BCCI aisa kabhi karne ke liye permission hi nahi dega. Quoi agar aisa hua aur indian players un leagues me khelenge. Aise situation me india me baithe log us league ko bhi dekhna suru kar denge. Aur aise situation me IPL ka craze kam ho jayega. Aur jitna paise ye isase abhi earn kar rahe hai wo kam ho jayega. Aur BCCI aisa kabhi bhi nahi hone degi. To is baat ko to bhool hi jao bhai.
Aaj ke time me bhi agr kisi ko in leagues me khelna hai to use indian international cricket se retirement lene padta hai.
sad but true

I think some Indian players should play BBL or south Africa premier league too to be familiar with their conditions. It would help them in away tours or icc's multi-team events.
Nah.. not happening, two reasons :

1.) IPL is competing with Football Leagues in Money matters, that's because of the uniqueness it offers, i.e., Indian players. If they start playing in BBL & CPL, there won't be anything special in IPL. That would be a big blow to BCCI's income.

2.) Windies is the ultimate example of what happens when your players are playing in various T20 leagues. Recent example is of David Warner, man was reluctant to play BBL because the UAE league was offering him more money. Cricket Australia had to increase his payment (alongwith many other players) in BBL Contract to stop him from doing so. I think it's kinda good that Indian players are bounded by BCCI, otherwise...

It shows dual nature of bcci that is not good for indian team. They would keep losing away series just due to bcci's money making theories. If they allow foreign players to be familiar with indian pitches then it would benefit only other teams not to indian team.

but BCCI will not permit them as they are ' bonded ' to BCCI, even thinking, or expressing desire will lead to boycott, we all know what happened to ICL. There is no competition commission or regulation for them. and now they freely permit Dream 11 (even sponsors events) and the like, cricketers are happy with the money (advertisements, IPL and sponsors), we the viewers are lured by the enthusiasm drummed up by media channels and social media, and with money can we keep politicians and businessmen away? Yesterday, Justice (Retd) Lodha, who headed the committee said that 'weather has changed.'
It's sad for indian cricket. If bcci not allow indian player to play other leagues then at least they should regularly arrange India A tours to these nation's so that indian bench strength would also be ready for alien conditions. It's been long time that indian team has won any icc trophy.

It's not necessary that what happened to west Indies that will happen to indian team too ... Westindies is not only country that play ipl ... Indian team has a large pool of players as compared to westindies ... If few indian players get exposure to foreign league or condition then what's wrong in it .. Other team players also comes to play ipl that doesn't mean that they play any bad for their country

I entirely agree with you. There is no comparison, West Indies board has serious financial problems and TV adds and sponsorship will come only to those players who are popular in India. the way we lionize our players nobody does, in most of the countries football is way ahead in popularity. Brazil and Italy football players in different clubs all over the world, but when comes to international they are with their countries. its Money, simple money and business and always businessmen who run it, name it Dalmia, Srinivasan and now Mr Shah ( junior).

Yes it's true downfall of westindies cricket is not only due to the reason they play various leagues. Their board has no money to pay to their players and they are not working at grass route level. Young generation also don't want to indulge in cricket due their boards financial condition.
