And almost all pop up or popunder ads shows up as a warning or threat in most of the antivirus software. Ignore the warning, XForum is completely safe.

Also why these popads? coz cpm is currently too low.

Thanks for response. no platform can work without content and in this forum too there are various content providers who post stories, pics, game threads including spams, inviting visits of more members as readers, who comment, feel aghast, troll, laud and all this interaction leads to eye balls and foot falls necessary for the ad revenue to come. simple business as owners will have to pay for the server and some more admin cost as non profit no loss, donations will always be meager ( ad has come up again at the bottom right corner, where i had to press the post reply, right on the top of the reply tab). so adds are essential. agreed.
but think of dilemma of a writer like mine who has to invest a lot of time in doing a story post or poetry. I any ways follow a very convoluted way, I type in Google language tool as it has to be in HINDI and copy paste it in MS word. Re-read it sometimes check for references,... and only after that i start posting but again i have to go imgbb for adding picture, look at the various sources for appropriate gif or jpg file ( i post a lot of non-erotic pics too to suit the mood) and then and my every post includes, 3 to 4 posts. Now all this requires at least 3-4 hours time, both physical and mental effort. And after posting visit two three times a day hankering for some reaction, and i feel it is my duty to respond to that that.

and I am not all alone, every content provider will be jumping through this loop ( or some other loop)

and we are expecting them to ' pay for posting, howsoever reasonable sum' , its not 'pay per post to read' but 'pay per per post to post' !

can anything be more ironical ?

we must find a mid-way. solution i had suggested was aka you tube, let the add come on the left side in the margins, or any area where no action tabs are located, with an option to skip after 4 seconds or so and once it vanishes, it should never come again on that page.

secondly i find that the content providers are as much stake holders in a forum as admin or IT or business team. If a forum perishes they are divested of the readership an oxygen for them. ask me after closure of ok previous forum, where my story remained unfinished and i have to work from the scratch. and believe men provision of content requires a lot of effort, my story Phagun ke din chaar made me go through at least 4 books, cover to cover, dealing with the cyber security, economics of terror etc. For my thread on Satyajit Ray, again,... so my only humble request is kindly recognize we too are there, mere mortal content providers and do contribute in our own itsy bitsy way.

so please posting in this forum a joy, which is was till these pooping things started raising there head.

सर जी, मुश्किल बढ़ती जा रही है।

मैं तो आज आप को थैंक यू बोलने वाली थी की उचक के आने वाले विज्ञापन नीचे के बजाय ऊपर आने लगे और बगल में एक सूक्ष्म X निशान रहता है , कुछ देर बाद उसपर जोर लगाने से वो अदृश्य हो जाते हैं, कुछ देर छटा बिखेर के। चलता है। प्रबंधक मंडल की मजबूरी होगी।

लेकिन अभी शाम को एक और नयी परेशानी सामने आ गयी, मैंने अपनी एक कहानी का अपडेट पोस्ट किया बस उसे देखने आयी की एकाध कमेंट आये हैं की नहीं,... और जी धक्क से रह गया।

इस फोरम का एक रूल है /था कोई धार्मिक,.. चीज़ नहीं चलेगी, हाँ अधर्मी पर रोक नहीं है। सही है , मुझे भी ठीक लगता था,...

लेकिन मेरी कहानी के ऊपर एक देवी , अंग्रेजी में बोलते हैं गॉडेस,... बस वही, पहली बार दर्शन किया, नाम भी पहली बार सुना कोई फिरंगी गॉडेस होंगी ये सोचा , नाम भी लिखा था , गॉडेस अन्ना। अन्न से सम्बंधित है शायद। बहुत बहुत ढूंढा , बहुत ढूंढा वो X नहीं मिला,

तो उन्हें विदा करने का भी जुगाड़ नहीं था।

मेरे एक अन्य फोरम के अग्रज रेंटी जी की कहानियों में जैसे आती थीं न , लेकिन वो अपना काम किया कुछ लड़ाई वडाई भोग लिया और गायब,... पर ये देवी अन्ना गायब होने का नाम नहीं ले रही थीं , कहानी हिंदी में थीं लेकिन अंग्रेजी में कुछ कुछ


फिर मुझे लगा की गाड / गॉडेस की तो यहाँ ,... तो मैंने सोचा की शिकायत पेटिका अगर अब तक किसी ने उठा कर ' अदर फोरम ' में न डाल दिया हो तो अपनी अर्जी वहीँ लगाती हूँ ,

मॉडरेटर लोग व्यस्त रहते हैं, इसी थ्रेड पे पिछली बार सीरियस का टैग का ध्यान नहीं दे पाए थे, बाद में अफ़सोस भी जाहिर किये


तो प्लीज ये गॉडेस लोगों से मुक्ति दिलाइये

Hate to say this but I have just fed up with these pesky ads and started using Firefox Browser with UBlock Origin addon. All ads stopped instantly. I know this hurts the revenue stream of the site but if a site starts serving too much ads, leading people to the point of frustration , people will either move on to other sites or will start using adblocker.

I did an experiment and removed all display ads and increased popads by it's 3 now so i increased to 4 ,people are like talking shit and accusing us for increasing the ads

What kind of more ads should i add tell me

what ever add you provide, they should be of limited duration and after that one should be able to remove them. I had said earlier and i am saying it again, there is a You tube model of business where adds will come if you are not paying but you can skip after 4-5 seconds, and they will not disturb you again.

I am not suggesting that you follow the other part of you tube, i.e. content providers with good viewership get paid. For all of it is labour of love ( or labour for showing lovemaking ) and we are not hankering for that.

General tenor of my first post on the subject was that please do recognize we content providers are spending a lot of time in generating a post, story, pic or whatever and that is fodder for any forum, its wedding of content and form, and after that if becomes complicated to post with some beautiful, adorable goddesses vying for the attention,

please don't throw baby with the bathwater

and another option can be let all content writers should be sent on a 15dy forced leave, ... and only post adds, and after that for a few days let content be posted . or like newspapers post full page adds. nothing else and on the editorial page and on some other places, no adds. Admins are supposed to administer, and lesser mortals must as has been said, ours is not to reason why ?

Ads are organised and adjusted well according to users wishes as of now

As much i want to make our xforum a user friendly forum, that's the main motive for starting xforum
